Solid Stay at This Hotel

friendly reception areawell-placed plugssize bedslippy bath
The reception area was friendly. My room, the Executive Double Room, felt big. I found a lot of well-placed plugs and mirrors in the room. The bed was also a good size.
The surface of the bath was very slippy. This make showering difficult. A mat should be provided.

a stay with some issues

noise insulationslow service
I found a few things needing attention. the noise insulation was inadequate. I clearly hear other guests late. the bathroom, though large, lacked practical features. the shower had attachments inconveniently placed for shorter guests. finally, the restaurant presented problems. the fine dining claim seemed excessive considering the food quality and the slow service. the food really did not impress me.

i enjoyed the convenience of early check-in and promptly accessed the spa facilities. the steak at the grand cafe was cooked perfectly, i found. ella provided very friendly service. i would definitely consider another stay here soon.
the carpet really needed vacuuming upon my arrival, and this persisted throughout the entire hotel. this was unexpected given the price point.
